JV and Varsity Academic Teams Make Playoffs
The 2018-2019 JV and Varsity academic teams have landed themselves a spot in playoffs!
The playoff matches will be held on Wednesday, February 27th, held in the library of Penn State Fayette. The teams will leave the school directly after homeroom and will arrive back before the end of the day.
“I’m super stoked we made playoffs,” said 4 year academic team member Julie Kline. “We made them last year, too, and when we do, we always get to go out to eat somewhere nice afterwards.”
Since the team is losing five senior members, the academic team will be in search of new members. Anyone interested in filling these positions should see Mr. Cochran in room 213.
Makenzie Wright is a senior and a second year Journalism student, serving as an editor-in-chief.
