To Be Private or Discovered
In some severe circumstances I think it is perfectly fine to invade phones. People need to understand there is a chance they could die, and this is for their own good. This way no one has a chance of being killed or seriously injured. If the government just hacked into phones just because then that would be a different. If there was suspicion that someone could be in danger I personally would hand over my phone. I understand that your privacy is out there for strangers, but would you rather live or die? The government should have full right to hack phones in sever situations.
Apple I think, should have a choice on what to do. It is their company, and they have their rights. Although, they should think of the consequences that could happen to them. What would they do if they found out it was their phone company’s fault that they could not help. One tip in someone’s phone could save a hundred, thousands or maybe even a million lives. So even though Apple has their rights to do what they want wither their customers’ privacy I think they should do it without hesitation. It would be reckless to do otherwise.
A new law should be made so that in emergencies we can track someone. Mostly everyone has phones so using navigation to find someone will be fairly easy. The new law can protect America from spies, and other people who wish to harm many people. Why take the chance of saving lives to someone’s privacy? If someone is doing something so horrible that they do not want people to know just because they want their privacy the n most likely their phone should be searched. For the best chance for everyone they should make a new law to protect us.
