Project Adventure
The SADD team went to Beth-Center school district on Thursday, October 12 to participate in project adventure.
Project adventure is an experience like no other. Students from out school, as well as Beth-Center, Washington High School, and Trinity, were given the opportunity to climb, hang, and swing from various objects hanging from the ceiling. Some of the activities included hanging ladders, a rock wall, and the flying squirrel, in which a student is swung around the gym by a harness and a rope from the ceiling. The objective of the field trip was to teach and exemplify teamwork, as many of the obstacles required partner work.
The picture features seniors Olivia Ricci and Jacob Broadwater using teamwork to scale the beams.
