A new Star Wars movie is said to start production later this year. The new Star Wars movie will be called The Mandalorian & Grogu directed by Jon Favreau.
This new movie is taking on the role of the series the Mandalorian where a baby alien was beloved by fans, Grogu, or better known as Baby Yoda. This is the first movie since 2019 Star Wars has made and released aside form multiple Disney+ series and books. This movie will lead other Star Wars movies into action, such as Lucasfilms upcoming feature length film, including separate Star Wars films. These films, however, are not directed by Jon Faveau.
