Groundhog Day 2024 was the 138th time our beloved Groundhog, Phil, took his position. He indeed did not see his shadow, which means we can look forward to an early spring.
Punxsutawney Phil, our groundhog, predicted that we will have an early spring. Many people love Groundhog Day however, Groundhog is not a federal holiday. This “holiday” started in Europe as Candlemas Day. Candlemas means the return of light, which means the return of spring.
