If you are anything like me then you go through Iphone chargers like they are nothing or any chargers for that matter. They are just so breakable and it is a terrible let down when they do break; especially if it was your favorite charger.  This how to is just too simply keep the charger from bending and breaking.  Now I know what you may be thinking “IT IS EASIER SAID THEN DONE!”  Which you are not wrong,; it seems so simple but in reality it is not.

All you need to achieve this how to is your phone charger (any kind really) a pen spring or any spring. This how to is really just one step (depending on how you look at it).

There are some simple steps those steps are:

• Break open the pen and achieve the spring
• The spring has to be rotated around the cable connections area. You must rotate the spring to the end to create a perfect protection.
• For the best protection you should do this to both ends of the cable. Now this should maintain the cable and connection over time and save you the cost of a new cable and such.

This may not work 100%, so results may vary! This how to worked for my charger, the charger eventually broke but it did last way longer than it usually does.  You can use this for any charger or any cable really. Just follow the same steps and make sure the spring is big enough.  This may be harder then it seems, but just keep trying. It was hard the first time for myself but I eventually got the hang of it and it saves my mom some money which is always good!
