Colton Dikun is a junior on the Jefferson-Morgan track team.

Colton has participated in track for two years. When asked what Colton’s inspiration was for playing he responded with, “I do it just to do it. I’m really the only person that I know that did it. ” Colton’s favorite memory is just the season as a whole because it was a great season for him. It was all memorable for him.

Colton looks forward to getting better for the season and to hopefully win more track meets. For now though, he is looking forward to competing against Wash High. Wash High seems to be their biggest opponent. The only other person that has participated in track that was in his family was his cousin, but it was for West Greene High School.

“My advice is to keep it up. Don’t give up on anything that you know you can achieve.” In the off season Colton lifted as much as he could. The main thing he worked on was his shoulder to strengthen it for a further distance.
