Leslie White is a freshman that is a member of the Jefferson Morgan track team.She joined track because she likes running and track certainly has some running. Leslie believes that she will continue track throughout her high school career and will enjoy it every year.

Leslie participates in the mile run, the 4 by 800 relay, and the 4 by 100 relay. Leslie stated that she likes running so her categories that she participates in are running activities. Leslie likes her coaches that she has for track. “They make the sport fun and always keep the team interested.” Leslie stated this when she was asked if she enjoys her coaches for the track team.

Leslie enjoys track mainly because of running. That is her favorite part about track is that she gets to run and that is something Leslie enjoys doing. When Leslie was asked, “Are the shoes you wear for track comfortable?” she replied with, “Yes, they just are.” Leslie enjoys her time on the track team and looks forward to the years of track she has left.
