Kayla Pendland is a junior and a base for the cheerleading squad.

Kayla was asked what advice she had for upcoming student and she said “If you want to do it , do it, dont hold back.” I hope all students abide by this statement, and continue cheering.

Kayla continues to work hard to better herself at the sport and to help out her teammates.

I asked Kayla if she attended any camps for the sport and she said “We all attended a cheer camp with the WVU cheerleaders.” It must have been a good experience to work with college level cheerleaders.

Kayla hopes to have a great time this year and continues to cheer.
