Christmas break is coming up and that is all that is on student’s minds anymore. Everyone has their Christmas lists made and are ready to be off school to enjoy the holiday break. Many kids usually want the latest new video games and gaming systems and the new Iphones that were just released and some of the other new electronics that are out now. Some kids would like new clothes and new shoes to go back to school with. Overall though, the thing that students would appreciate the most is not having to do any school work over break. This break is meant to be spent with their dearest friends and family. It is the time when distant family and friends come in town to visit and celebrate with one another. For some people, this is the one time a year that they get to see some of these friends and family members. It would be awful not to spend every minute with them because there is some sort of homework assignment that needs done for school when the students returned. Also, the last week of school before Christmas vacation is full of tests in every subject because teachers want a big grade for students before they leave. After all these tests, students want to just relax and keep their mind off of school work for a while. Most likely it is going to snow over Christmas break. Many students would like to spend time outside in it sled ridding, skiing, making snowmen, having snowball fights, and other activities like so.
