Spring is finally here. Many people are looking forward to what spring brings. Some of these things are able to happen because of the nicer weather. A few common hobbies are photography, sports, and fishing.

With spring comes the start of nice weather. People can finally go back outside and enjoy their hobbies. One of the common hobbies in spring is photography. “Nature is coming back to life,” says Paige Stanko. Flowers are staring to bloom again and trees are sprouting their leaves again. “This makes for a perfect photography scene.” Paige enjoys getting close up shots of nature’s beauty. The spring weather makes a perfect time for her hobby.

Multiple sports begin in the spring. One of the few of them is softball. Soon the team will travel to Myrtle Beach for spring training. All the girls are excited for this. Other sports beginning are baseball and track. These sports are outdoor sports and the weather starting to heat up makes it possible for these sports to go on. The sun is making its way back around again and melting the snow we had. This makes it possible for the ball fields to get fixed up and ready to be played on. This also makes it possible to run on the tracks.

Another spring activity commonly enjoyed is fishing. Now that lakes and ponds are unfreezing the fish are swimming back up to the top of the water. They are hungry and ready to bite. With the warm weather on its way many people are starting to fish. “I like the scenery of the water and the outdoors. I enjoy fishing with my family and friends because it’s a good way to bond,” says Austin DeFrank. He also enjoys the feeling he gets when he catches a big fish.

In conclusion spring is a great time to spend outdoors. The weather is starting to warm up and natures natural beauty is starting to show again. People enjoy many hobbies during the spring. Photography, sport, and fishing are some of the top activities enjoyed during spring.  Spring also means one step closure to summer.
