“The Final Stretch”- Victoria Conti

The best way to get through your finals in high school is to be prepared, study, time management skills, and trying to be the most optimistic you can be about them. It is no surprise that finals are not necessarily a fun time, but it is just a part of life, and we have to do them in order to pass classes. There are ways to not only pass your finals, but to do extremely well on them. The first way is to be prepared. That means looking ahead at the beginning of the year and thinking to save your notes for when the final does roll around. Second, you must study. Even if you think you have the material down, studying will only help you, not hurt you. Studying is a proven way to get a good grade. Also managing your time to prepare for each final is going to help you majorly. This means looking when each final will arrive and making sure you allot yourself time to study for each or work on a project that may be a final. Lastly, have high hopes about your finals. Try not to think only negatively about them, and do your best!
