Tests I feel like are accurate ways of seeing how well your students pay attention in class. In college all you take are test and it is a good way to keep up with your students to see what they lack in,and what they are most strongest in . I feel as a student our job is to always study, and to always do our best on the tests, but I also know that tests sometimes do not always help. Doing homework and class work should be enough for a student’s  understanding instead of giving tests all the time . I think that other ways to help a student’s performance is by asking them questions about what you learned on the previous day . That way if some student happened to be missing that student could understand what went on in class because some teachers do not give you notes when a lesson is taught.
