It’s finally here: basketball season.The Jefferson-Morgan Rockets are ready for the 2014-2015 season.  The first game of the season is home tonight against Carmichaels.  The game starts at 7:30.

“I’m pretty excited to play this years season with my teammates,” said Elijah David.

Seniors Chance Bennett, Austin Clark, Dylan Davis, Nicholas Gustovich, Rece Henneman, Corey McCartney and Christian Randolph take the court for their final season.

“I can’t wait to play basketball this year as a sophomore and I’m really excited,” said Brennan Kozich.

Rounding out the roster are Juniors Kedar Davis and Travis Spencer; Sophomores Gage Clark, Elijah David, Diari Davis, Austin DeFrank, Armon Jacobs, Brennan Kozich, and Freshman Joshua Clites, Dennis Garrett, Logan Mowl, Jalen Torres and Thomas Wilson.

Section games are against California, Monessen, Avella, Geibel, West Greene, and Mapletown.  Senior night is scheduled for Friday, February 6 against Mapletown.
