Memories

Memories

When you get older don’t you want to look back and think about all the good times you had.  As in remembering all the fun things? I know I do, honestly I already made some amazing memories that I surely will not forget.  I definitely plan on making more memories every chance I get, especially my senior year.  Also making memories just don’t have to do with school. I have some memories that do not really have anything to do with school.

One memory I have, that does not have to do with school, is when I went and got my permit. I remember when I came home from school and my mom told me that we were going to get it tomorrow. Boy was I nervous, I was even more nervous when I got to the DMV and started taking the test. When I passed the test I was so happy and relieved that I nearly cried (tears of joy). Another memory will certainly be the look of happiness on my mom’s face, she was so proud of me. So was my Pap.  Another look on my mom’s face that I will not forget is when she first let me drive. She had so many emotions on her face it was hilarious. One look was the look of shock that her first born is growing up right before her eyes.

Another one is just simply spending time with my family. Spending time with family is honestly one of the best things. There is nothing like being surrounded by the people you love and the people who mean the most to you.  One memory I have is when my aunt and grandma took me to go get Chinese then go and get me a turtle, I was so exciting. I never named the turtle because I did not know hat to name it. Another memory is when I walked into their house and my grandma was holding a kitty. It was my kitty, she got me kitten. I named it hunter because it constantly brought dead animals to my grandma’s door step. It was an outside and indoor cat. We’d let it outside then a few hours later it would come back to the door and meow to come outside. After my grandmother passed my aunt moved out of the house. She tried to take the ct with her but the cat would not leave that house so we had no choice but to leave it there sadly. I couldn’t take it home because at the time I had a full-blooded female boxer and she hated cats.

There is one thing that has not happened yet, but I know I will remember (if my step-dad allows me of course) is that when I go and spend spring break with; Samantha Pedicord, Morgaine Harris, Bradly Buljat, Alen Libby and Joshua Yeager. We’re all going to drive up to Ohio to go to Kalahari! It’s an indoor waterpark. We might leave on March 31st and be home by April 2nd. I surely hope my step-dad allows me because that would surely be an amazing memory I will never forget.

Point blank, make memories while you can. Life can be short, life can be long. So make the most of it. Spend as much time as possible with family, friends and just every one you love because you never know when you will make your last memory with someone.  And believe me, having regret because you did not spend that much of time with a family member before they passed is probably one of the worst feelings. If I could back I would defiantly change a lot of decisions. So spend time with the people you love while you can.
