In today’s society it is hard to believe but there are people who won’t even tell you “hello” even if you are a complete stranger. Today’s society you see people walking down the street with head phones on and won’t even know you are there. It is sad to see that people act this way. You hardly see anyone at the grocery store walk past someone and say hello they just walk by even if they know you but you really don’t talk to them it won’t hurt you to say hello to them. Sometime you see old men and women trying to put groceries in the car and they can barely walk then you see these young kids and parents walk right by and not help.

This is what society is coming to and older people don’t respect that and they get angry. It’s rare to see a young teen shoveling a side walk out for an old woman on a snowy day and if not it’s her husband who is just as old as her and it’s not right. More people would just care about themselves and not help someone in need but there are people out there with a good heart. That they will do anything for old people and they love to see that and love the respect from them.

The same thing with mowing lawns you see all these teens mowing their own lawns not because they want to but cause they have to. Then when they are done they just go inside and then you see old men out working on the farm with no help. Then they see all these teens joy riding with their friends instead of helping an older man.
